You all are some of the most driven and creative creators we have had the pleasure to partner with - and we’re looking forward for that partnership to continue.”

Through your commitment and adaptability, especially over the past twelve months, you consistently demonstrate that.

The community feedback from last fall’s the game testing phase was enlightening. It affirmed the potential of a roguelike shooter but told us we still had refinements needed. It uncovered the need for a sharper vision.

The progress is encouraging to see how far you’ve progressed. You embraced the criticism to consideration and reimagined the title with a revitalized direction - one that’s poised to achieve its promise to our audience.

Our confidence in Project ETHOS grows every day. To advance the incredible development you’ve made, I am thrilled to introduce the new hire as the incoming Studio Head of the team. After several months of discussions, Ben officially joins us on Monday, October 20.

His management and expertise in the competitive gaming space is considerable, having dedicated the past decade and a half producing and managing some of the most well-known franchises in the industry, for example Call of Duty: Black Ops, and most recently, the battle royale hit.

Brinkman currently serves in the role of senior developer and production lead at Respawn Entertainment for Apex Legends. Brinkman earlier worked at major gaming companies in diverse production roles on the iconic franchise games, and, prior to that, had periods at other industry leaders.
